Before product is placed on Production – firstly is developed during prototype stage where product is simulated and later are produced prototype’s samples. Simulation allow us to find the optimum technological solution at the design stage, which ensures high quality of the final product. Moulds are made by usage CNC machines which utilize 3D models to ensure high accuracy of tools perform.
Melting and casting
After being melted in the central furnace, liquid aluminium alloy is fed into the each production lines to indirect furnaces where it is enhanced with alloy additives. After the alloy is prepared and checked in the laboratory, liquid metal is delivered by robots into the each casting machines.
Moulds and cores
There are two types of moulds: width 500 mm and 600 mm. Depending on clients’ requirements, each mould has 1 to 4 cavities. Before going into production, moulds and cores are cleaned (sandblasting or ultrasonic process), heated and painted to ensure the highest quality of the finished product.
Casting extraction from the casting machines and feeders removal are done in automatic process – carried out by robots and CNC machines.
Machining: all our machines are CNC machines, which ensures high accuracy and precision.
Our measurement laboratories are equipped by specialist machines and devices which guarantees high measurement quality in terms of accuracy, chemical composition and mechanical properties.
